Ordering from Tokyo Music is quick and easy with our SHOPPING CART facility!! If you find an item of interest listed, just click on the ADD TO CART button, and your selection will be added to your shopping list. There is NO obligation to buy, and selected items can be removed from the shopping cart at any time. When you have finished choosing items, simply click on the VIEW CART link on any catalogue page for a full list of selected items (items can be deleted at this stage too, if not required). After completing the required details, just hit 'SUBMIT ORDER' and your order will be automatically forwarded to us.
We will send a return e-mail with confirmation of ordered items, availability,
total with SHIPPING and PAYPAL details or other information on HOW TO PAY from

SHIPPING
Shipping is charged at cost price and depends on the
weight of the parcel and the service required. From
Japan, there are 3 types of shipping offered for International
orders:
AIR MAIL* - usually takes around 5-8 days to most countries.
ECONOMY AIRMAIL (SAL)* - Cheaper than standard airmail,
SAL usually takes around 8-10 days to Europe, longer
to other countries. Ideal for heavier items such as
LP records and tour programmes. EMS - express (4-5 days)
with full tracking and full insurance up to the declared
value of the parcel contents.
EMS - E.M.S. is the safest and fastest way to send
items and is recommended for valuable items. This service
is an express service (about 4 days or so to Europe
and the USA) and includes tracking so you can follow
the progress of the parcel via the post office website.
It also includes unlimited INSURANCE up to the value
declared for the contents on the customs form.
* = Airmail and economy airmail do not include tracking
or insurance. For larger orders, REGISTERED mail is
recommended - this requires a signature on delivery
and offers compensation up to aroung US$50.
IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for any missing
parcels sent by standard/non insured mail and would
recommend that more valuable or rarer items be sent
by REGISTERED or insured EMS for extra security. Please
ask for prices if you would require these additional
services.
